Operation Instructions |
- (1) 請先安裝「HiCOS卡片管理工具(HiCOS_Client.zip)」或「 MAC版元件(HiPKILocalSignServer.pkg)」，並重新啟動您的瀏覽器
Please install「Windows plugin(HiCOS_Client.zip)」or「 MAC plugin(HiPKILocalSignServer.pkg")」first. And reboot your browser.
- (2) 將IC卡插入讀卡機後，按選擇卡片欄位的”▼”，選擇讀卡機後，將讀取卡片資訊，敬請核對。
Insert your IC card into the card reader. And select the corresponding IC card via ”▼” icon. The system will automatically shows the information of your IC card.
- (3) 確認無誤後，請輸入申請時設定之用戶代碼(英文字母有大小寫區別)。
Enter your subscriber code you set at application (differentiate the lower and upper cases of English letters).
- (4) 輸入新的PIN碼，再按網頁下方的『忘記PIN碼/鎖卡解碼』按鈕。 (為增加安全性，建議PIN碼以數字加英文字組合6到8碼，且不為空白) 。
Enter your new PIN code (to enhance security, you are recommended to use a combination of numbers and English letters ranging from six to eight characters and no spaces).
- (5) 發卡中心查核無誤，進行鎖卡解碼作業。
After examination by the Certification Authority, proceed with decoding of the locked card.
- (6) 完成鎖卡解碼後，請使用新的PIN碼。
You can now use your new IC card after decoding of the locked card.

※在MOICA網站上執行各種認證操作時，如果出現"網頁錯誤"或按下操作按鈕無反應，請先下載並安裝「HiCOS Client(HiCOS_Client.zip)」。
步驟說明如下：
※Download and install the「HiCOS Client(HiCOS_Client.zip)」if "Web Page Errors" appears or no response when pressing the operation button, while enforcing the various certification operations on the MOICA website.
Steps are described as follows:
- (a) 安裝Hicos Card Management Tool：請先按下載鏈接「HiCOS Client(HiCOS_Client.zip)」解壓執行文件安裝Hicos Card Management Tool。
Installing the Hicos Card Management Tool: Please press the download hyperlink「HiCOS Client(HiCOS_Client.zip)」and decompress the execution file to install HiCOS Card Management Tool.
- (b) 安裝完成後請重啟電腦，按開始/程序/HICOS PKI Smart Card/HiCOS卡片管理工具/憑證管理/手動註冊憑證書到電腦/選擇cert1或cert2，按照提示查看憑證訊息。
Please reboot your computer after the installation and press Start / Programs / HICOS PKI Smart Card / HiCOS Card Management Tool / Certificate Management / Manually register the certificate to the computer / Select cert1 or cert 2，do as the instructions to check certificate information.
