- (1)使用Windows作業系統：請先安裝 HiCOS卡片管理工具，Windows安裝說明，以輔助憑證在憑證作業的使用。(下載至桌面並解壓縮後進行安裝，安裝完成後，請將電腦所有網頁關閉，再重新開啟瀏覽器)。
Use Windows operating system: Please first install HiCOS card management tool (Windows installation instructions), to assist the use of the certificate in certificate operations. (Download to the desktop and decompress it to install. After the installation is complete, please close all web pages on your computer, and then reopen the browser).
- (2)使用MAC作業系統：請安裝網頁元件 MAC版元件，MAC安裝說明，以輔助憑證在憑證作業的使用。(安裝完成後，請將電腦所有網頁關閉，再重新開啟瀏覽器)。
Use MAC operating system: Please first install the web page component MAC version component (MAC installation instructions), to assist the use of the certificate in the certificate operation. (After the installation is complete, please close all web pages on the computer, and then reopen the browser).
- (3) 將IC卡插入讀卡機後，按可用讀卡機欄位的”▼”選擇讀卡機，並確認讀卡機可讀取後，輸入PIN碼，再按網頁下方『刪除憑證內電子郵件信箱』的按鈕。

- (4) 系統確認相關資料無誤後，將出現"刪除憑證內電子郵件信箱作業完成"之訊息，即完成刪除憑證內電子郵件信箱之憑證作業。
