Operation Instructions
  • (1)使用Windows作業系統：請先安裝 HiCOS卡片管理工具，Windows安裝說明，以輔助憑證在憑證作業的使用。(下載至桌面並解壓縮後進行安裝，安裝完成後，請將電腦所有網頁關閉，再重新開啟瀏覽器)。
    Use Windows operating system: Please first install HiCOS card management tool (Windows installation instructions), to assist the use of the certificate in certificate operations. (Download to the desktop and decompress it to install. After the installation is complete, please close all web pages on your computer, and then reopen the browser).
  • (2)使用MAC作業系統：請安裝網頁元件 MAC版元件，MAC安裝說明，以輔助憑證在憑證作業的使用。(安裝完成後，請將電腦所有網頁關閉，再重新開啟瀏覽器)。
    Use MAC operating system: Please first install the web page component MAC version component (MAC installation instructions), to assist the use of the certificate in the certificate operation. (After the installation is complete, please close all web pages on the computer, and then reopen the browser).
  • (3) 將IC卡插入讀卡機後，按可用讀卡機欄位的”▼”選擇讀卡機，並確認讀卡機可讀取後，請輸入新的電子郵件信箱二次，然後輸入PIN碼，再按網頁下方『寄驗證碼到此信箱』的按鈕。
    After inserting the IC card into the card reader, press "▼" in the available card reader column to select the card reader, and after confirming that the card reader can read, please enter the new email address twice, and then enter PIN code, and then press the button "Send verification code to this mailbox" at the bottom of the page.
  • (4) 系統確認PIN碼無誤後，會跳出視窗顯示已將驗證碼寄到您欲設定憑證內email信箱。(注意：寄送的驗證碼有效時間為30分鐘，請於時效內輸入；驗證碼若連續輸入錯誤達三次或未於時效內輸入，需離開網頁重新申請)
    After the system confirms that the PIN code is correct, a window will pop up to show that the verification code has been sent to the email address of the certificate you want to set.(Note: The verification code sent is valid for 30 minutes, please enter it within the time limit; if the verification code is entered incorrectly for three consecutive times or not entered within the time limit, you need to leave the webpage and apply again)
  • (5) 請到新的電子信箱內收信，並輸入信件中的驗證碼及憑證IC卡PIN碼後，點選下方『繼續作業』按鈕，即完成新增/修改憑證內電子郵件信箱之憑證作業。
    Please go to the new e-mail box to receive the letter, enter the verification code in the letter and the certificate IC card PIN code, and click the "Continue Operation" button below to complete the addition/modification of the e-mail box certificate in the certificate operation.
注意事項
Note
  • IC卡PIN碼輸入錯誤累計達三次，將造成IC卡鎖卡，請至『忘記PIN碼/鎖卡解碼』重新設定新的PIN碼。
    If the IC card PIN code is entered incorrectly for three times, it will cause the IC card to be locked. Please go to Forgot PIN Code/Lock Card Decoding to reset the new PIN code.
  • 如無法於網頁正常進行刪除憑證內電子郵件信箱作業時，請洽免付費客服專線：0800-080-117由專人提供協助處理。
    If you are unable to add or modify the email in the certificate normally on the web page, please contact the free customer service line: 0800-080-117. Special personnel will provide assistance.
